Pack your items. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label from the package.
3. SHIP
You can deliver your package to a service point near you.
4. REFUND
Your return will be processed within 7 working days of arrival at us.
*Please note this return option is only available for both the Netherlands and Belgium. All other countries will have to follow the instructions given on the paper delivered with the package.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
In general:
- return your item in the original packaging
- submit your return within 14 days after receiving your package
- only return the wrong/faulty item, if our customer care team asks you to
- treat the activewear with care when trying it on
- wear underwear when trying them on
- not remove any labels
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
FINAL SALE ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED
Temporary Sale: free tote bags.These must be returned when the full order is returned. If the tote bag is not returned, its value will be deducted from the total refund amount.
REFUND
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment card.

RETURN FEES
- Netherlands: If you choose to receive a refund, the return costs for a normal package are €6,50.
- Rest of Europe: If you choose to receive a refund, the return costs are €8.00.
The return fees are set by our shipping partners and will vary depending on your location. Please note that the cost for returns is your responsibility.
