All orders are shipped from our one and only warehouse in The Netherlands. This is also the country where all returns needs to be shipped back.
The shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the check-out page.
We recommend choosing the size you normally wear. You can also look in the size chart below every product to be sure! Still not sure? Please e-mail us at info@gymexclusive.com so we can help you to pick a size.
We ship your order within 1-2 days. The delivery time is dependent on the country you’re living in and the parcel delivery company. We are working with a track-and-trace system, so you will be up to date about your order! For the Netherlands the delivery time will take up to 1 working day in most cases. You received a return card with your order, use this to return.
1. Enter your order number + name on the return card.
2. Choose the reason for return.
3. Put the return card with the items in the package.
4. Send the package to our return address on the card.
5. Returns are at your own expense and can be done via DHL or PostNL. Keep the proof of postage well.

- All products must be unworn and in original condition.
- The order must be returned in its original packaging and with all tickets attached.
- Pay attention to stains and damage.
- If the return does not meet all requirements, it will be returned.
- Return costs are for your own account.
- You will be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 14 working days.
- If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can register unused items as a return within 14 days of receipt.
